Who operates the service

HOUSE OF UR PTY LTD operates ForAgentsToUse. Privacy enquiries: support@house-of-ur.com.

Information we use

Cognito handles your sign-in email, password and email verification. We store account membership, resource metadata, usage and billing records. Browser sessions are held on our servers; the browser receives a session cookie. Paddle handles payment details; we do not collect card numbers on our own servers.

Service content and retention

Webhook payloads have seven-day logical retention. Sites retains active funded content; paused sites and previous releases have the documented retention grace, normally seven days. Logical withdrawal can precede physical cleanup. Account, ledger and operational records may be retained for support, reconciliation, backups and legal obligations.

Infrastructure and your choices

Our infrastructure uses AWS in the United States. Published sites are public: do not upload confidential material for publication. Contact support to request access, correction or deletion of your personal information. We use necessary session cookies and no advertising trackers of our own.
