Contact billing@house-of-ur.com with your account name and Paddle transaction reference if a purchase or reversal appears incorrect. Do not include payment-card details.

Requesting a refund

Contact billing@house-of-ur.com with the account and transaction reference to request a refund of unused purchased credit. Approved refunds are processed through Paddle to the original payment method; corresponding purchased and promotional entitlements are reversed. Credits already consumed by accepted software usage are normally nonrefundable, subject to applicable consumer rights. Bonus credit has no separate cash value. This page does not limit rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.
